Hudson becomes home to luxury entertainer coach conversion, uniting a piece of the music business with architectural millwork on one campus

HUDSON, N.C. — Oct. 5, 2026 — The Ward Organization (TWO), a Nashville-based business management and holding company, today announced an agreement to acquire CaseWorx, an architectural millwork company in Hudson, North Carolina. TWO has assumed management of CaseWorx’s operations ahead of closing. Terms were not disclosed.

CaseWorx builds custom architectural millwork, including cabinetry, doors, stairs, paneling and trim, for commercial, residential, hospitality and entertainment venues across the United States.

As part of the acquisition, TWO will consolidate all of its coach conversion operations in Hudson under Encore Conversion Group NC, LLC (ECG). ECG builds luxury entertainer coaches for artists, bands and crews touring the United States and Canada. It is where a Prevost bus shell becomes a boutique hotel room on wheels.

“Serving Music” is the promise behind every Encore company. ECG delivers on it from the shop floor. Each coach is the tour’s home, office and green room for months at a time. It has to be quiet, safe and reliable, because every live show depends on the people who ride in it.

Bringing the two companies together puts design, custom millwork and interior build-out on one Hudson campus. CaseWorx is not new to this work. For years it has been a key outside manufacturer for Encore Conversion Group, building the millwork and assemblies that go into its coaches. This move turns a long vendor relationship into one team. And Caldwell County, with its long tradition of furniture making and fine woodworking, becomes the home of one of the entertainment industry’s leading coach conversion operations.

“CaseWorx has built its reputation on craftsmanship and doing what it says it will do,” said Amanda Stophel, Founder and Chief Operating Officer of TWO. “That’s the kind of company we want in our family. Bringing Encore Conversion Group to Hudson puts our luxury entertainer coach builds side by side with a team that knows fine millwork. This region has generations of woodworking talent, and we plan to invest here for the long term.”

CaseWorx will keep its name and continue to operate from Hudson. Through TWO’s shared services model, it will gain support in finance, people and culture, technology, brand and marketing, and legal, risk and compliance. It will also adopt EOS® (the Entrepreneurial Operating System), the management framework used across TWO’s companies.

“Most deals succeed or fail in the integration,” said Justin Ward, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TWO. “Our focus is supporting the CaseWorx team so they can keep doing what they do best, with the backing to take on bigger projects and new markets.”

TWO thanks John Moore and his team for building a great company and for his continued support through the transition, and Ron Thiel who will lead initial day to day operations.

“I have worked with this leadership team for years through their coach conversion business,” said John Moore, President of CaseWorx. “I am proud of what we have built at CaseWorx over more than a decade, and I am excited about the opportunities their management brings. Our people are the reason this company works. With TWO behind them, they will have bigger projects, more resources and real room to grow. I know I am leaving CaseWorx in great hands, with the potential to take what we have built and expand it.”

The Caldwell Chamber marked the transition with a ribbon cutting today from NOON to 1 p.m. ET at CaseWorx, 3441 Hickory Boulevard in Hudson. Hudson Mayor Janet Winkler, John Moore, Justin Ward and Amanda Stophel were scheduled to speak.
